Eligibility
Teams must consist of 3-4 students enrolled at any Victorian University.
All year levels and disciplines are welcome. No prior consulting experience required
You may register as a single member or partial team and will be allocated to a group after registration closes.
Preliminary Heats (Round 1)
Submissions are due by Friday, 21 August @ 5:00pm AEST and in PDF form only. There will be no exception for late submissions.
Only one submission is allowed per team.
Your submissions must not be greater than 4 slides, excluding title/cover slide. No appendix is allowed in this round.
While conducting research, you must not directly contact Future Minds Network or related organisations.
You can use any publicly available forums and any findings as you see fit.
Preliminary Semi-Finals (Round 2)
Semi-finalists will be announced on Friday, 28th August 5:00pm.
If you progress, your entire team must be available to present your slides via Zoom on Monday, 31st August at 6:00 - 8:00pm.
All case teams are responsible for sharing their screen and presenting their recommendations in slide deck form to the judging panel.
Presentations are to be 10 minutes only and will be followed by 5 minutes of Q&A. Appendix is allowed.
You are allowed to edit your slides with no slide limit. Semi-final re-submissions are due by Sunday, 30th August 11:59pm.
Finals (Round 3)
Finalists will be announced on Friday, 4th September 5:00pm.
If you progress, your entire team must be available to present your slides in-person on Friday, 11th September @ 6:00pm - 8:00pm.
Presentations are to be 10 minutes only and will be followed by 5 minutes of Q&A from the judging panel, consisting of one (1) Nous judge, one (1) Future Minds Network judge, and one (1) GCG HQ representative. Appendix is allowed.
You are allowed to edit your slides with no slide limit. Semi-final re-submissions are due by Thursday, 10th September 11:59pm.
Winners will be announced at the end of night post-deliberation.
