Competitor guide
This guide shows how to use CaseCrest to find competitions, register properly, work with your team, submit on time, and keep track of outcomes.
Competition workspace
Start with live listings. Check eligibility, format, dates, prizes, location, and whether you need a team before committing.
Registration happens from the competition page. Some hosts support team entry, individual entry, or both.
Once the brief and timeline are available, agree on roles, working sessions, and final upload ownership.
Upload the required files in the competition workspace before the deadline and check the confirmation state.
Team setup
Hosts can configure competitions differently, so always check the details on the competition page before you start inviting people.
Best when you already have classmates or society friends ready to compete together.
Useful when a host supports matching or wants to place competitors into teams later.
Results appear after judging is complete and the host publishes them. Check the competition page and your Registered / Saved view for updates. You will be notified of outcomes and results directly in your Registered / Saved view.
